Prendas De Marganai is a 100% organic farm located in Iglesias (Southern Sardinia) at the foot of Mount Marganai, which with its grandeur overlooks the farm.


The company’s history is rooted in the 1950s, when my grandfather reinvented himself as a farmer, giving life to this family-run business, which over the decades has seen the different generations work with the same enthusiasm and commitment of the beginning.

At the age of 33 I also made my choice of life: I reinvented myself as a farmer like my grandfather. And after many analyses and studies I decided to manage the farm with organic farming techniques, experimenting with new crops if compared to the past, such as saffron and spelt.



The particularity of the clayey and sedimentary soil where Prendas De Marganai rises, rich in minerals donated by the mountain, offers crops with less yield but of unique quality and taste.

This is what gives me the greatest satisfaction: creating products that remain etched in the palate and in the heart of those who taste them. My goal is to amaze, to give old but at the same time new flavours that literally make those who meet them fall in love.

Every detail is carefully studied, it is the result of handed down secrets and flashes of innovation: my mission is to introduce organic Sardinian products that will become unforgettable!
